By creating an account or using Zeehound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service. Your continued use of Zeehound after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Zeehound is a news intelligence service that aggregates, compares, and ranks public reporting from thousands of sources. The service provides curated signal feeds, source validation, evidence transparency, and AI-assisted analysis tools. Zeehound is an informational tool; it is not a financial advisor, a news publisher, or a substitute for independent judgment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information current.

One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating accounts on behalf of others without authorization is prohibited.

You agree not to: (a) use Zeehound to harass, defame, or threaten any person or organization; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, its infrastructure, or its data; (c) scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from Zeehound in bulk without express written permission; (d) use the service to build a competing product; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Zeehound uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to gather, compare, and rank news reporting. AI-generated summaries, confidence scores, and source classifications may contain errors. Zeehound does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, score, or assessment.

Every signal links back to its original sources. You are encouraged to verify information against those sources before relying on it for decisions. Zeehound is not liable for any actions taken based on its content.

The Zeehound name, logo, Hound Meter™, and all software, design, and proprietary algorithms are the intellectual property of Zeehound. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these without permission.

News content surfaced by Zeehound remains the property of its original publishers. Zeehound links to and summarizes this content for informational purposes under fair use and similar principles. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing periods.

Zeehound is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use Zeehound at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeehound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Zeehound shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use Zeehound ends immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zeehound is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer with mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Zeehound after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
